WINTER IN ST. AUGUSTINE. 🙂

Today was our first day on the beach. Arlene and I walked a mile as warm up. Then I ran 4 miles in 46 minutes while Arlene captured the wonders of nature.  This beach never fails to amaze me, inspire me and ease me into a state of peace.  I look forward to 8 weeks of amazing, inspiring and peaceful training.

Stats to follow.  LOL

  1. The Beach is My place of Tranquality.
Either by Myself or with My daughter.
The Scent of the Ocean’s water is to strive/kill for to calm a wilderbeast within.
Love watching My daughter run about the shoreline as the water is either coming in or going out as she collects the shells,Dancing Crabs & sand dollars upon the sand.
If not walking or running about the shoreline I due My best to endulge in the presence of the water itself & the Tranquality of the line ups while catching My swell or swells of the 2-3 hour session.
The beach reminds me of the beautiful scenes in the movie Chariots of Fire when the team is running amongst the presence of the Lord Himself.
As one walks or runs upon the sand of the shoreline, if possible take in the aroa as well the presence & the emotions that come about as doing as such.
“The Beach is a Place of Tranquality,it’s Presence can literally as well Figurelly Heal a soul which has been broken from day 1. The sounds of the Ocean’s water either coming in or going out should remind You the dweller to not just be present however be aware of life itself & how the tide should remind You of Yourself in All Manarisms & Aspects of Life Itself.” “The Oceans Swells are to be viewed as life itself too. The swell builds gradually, & when at it’s peak that is the time to paddle as fast & as hard as possible to catch that illest ride one can only fathom.” “To be one with Themselves is to walk Amongst the sands & Don’t say a Word or Any type of Notion, However Soak up the Scents as well the Aroa of such Beautiness Amongst the Noise of Life Itself.”
“Ever See a Wild Thing Feel Sorry For Itself!? Yesterday was Yesterday, Let it be Gone Forever More. Today is what You Should be living for, Cause Tommorow is Never Gaunteed.”
“The Beach, a place where One can be Themselves No matter the Ethnicity or Political point of View.
“No Shoes No Shirt No Problems.”
