November 13th and 14th,  Tuesday and Wednesday

Tuesday  –  Spent the day assisting Rob with his hernia operation.  Hours of driving to Manhattan and waiting.

Wednesday – Had eye procedure in Red Bank today.

Must get back to a training schedule tomorrow.
