Eight hours on the road today ending at an AirBNB in Fredericksburg,  NC.

One more long day on the road and it’s back to St. Augustine for 7 weeks of sun and training.😎😎

Actually got in a 20 minute workout in the back yard around 4:00 this afternoon.
