This was FSMLneighborhood course almost identical to yesterday with some variations. Road surface has become my go-to running choice recently. The middle \u00a03 miles were 12:12, 11:34 and 10:56 for a total of 34:30. \u00a0 that is a minute-and-a-half faster than yesterday with the same amount of perceived effort. I am liking Grace and I am liking keeping my runs to only 3 miles.
